The performance of most information-centered organisations is highly dependent on IT (Information Technology), i.e. computer networks. Questions in this context include:

• Do we have the tools that are best suited to our demands?
• Do we make good use of the tools we have?
• Can we improve efficiency and save resources?
• Are we getting the best value for money?
• Is our data safe? Are we well protected?
• Do we get the support we need when we need it?

Many smaller organisations do not use their resources to best advantage. Especially for them, small measures can produce big improvements in performance and efficiency – and save costs.
